Fast Forward IT transitioned us to a Hybrid Exchange environment and trained our staff to migrate mailboxes over to Microsoft 365 in batches. This approach allowed us to migrate at a pace that was comfortable for us, without downtime, while saving money by leveraging our own personnel for parts of the migration. They also made and implemented other key recommendations, including implementing conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, disabling legacy authentication protocols, enabling auditing, and backing up our Microsoft 365 environment. Chuck Poff

Chuck has been immersed in the Information Technology field since 1994. He launched his career with the City of Anaheim and later served as IT Director for The Koll Company, where he played a key role in supporting the company’s growth to 20 office locations and management of nearly $1 billion in real estate assets. Chuck takes a hands on approach to technology, preferring to be directly involved in implementation. He holds a B.A. in Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton.

Michael Peterson

Michael Peterson

Michael brings over two decades of experience in Information Technology, with a background that includes IT leadership, consulting, infrastructure design, and solution implementation. He has successfully designed enterprise data centers and workplace environments, and has managed large-scale IT operations with a focus on efficiency and scalability. Michael has extensive experience working in highly regulated industries, navigating strict compliance standards and routine audits. Passionate about emerging technologies, he stays engaged with advancements in IoT, AI, and virtualized / hybrid infrastructures. Based in Laguna Beach, CA, Michael enjoys the close-knit feel of his coastal community.
