Email Security Public Record Scanning Tool
Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting & Conformance (DMARC) helps prevent spoofed emails, but it works best when combined with two other tools: Sender Policy Framework (SPF) and DomainKeys Identified Mail (DKIM). SPF defines which mail servers are authorized to send emails on your domain’s behalf, while DKIM uses cryptographic signatures to prove that emails haven’t been tampered with and are from a trusted source. DMARC ties it all together by telling receiving servers what to do if an email fails SPF or DKIM, such as rejecting or quarantining it.

NETWORK DESIGN & OFFICE BUILDOUT
Designed and deployed network infrastructure for a client relocating into a new office. The network was built with redundant firewalls, redundant internet connections, spare switching capacity, dense Wi-Fi coverage, MFA authentication for Wi-Fi, VPN connectivity, and several VLANs.
EXCHANGE MIGRATION
Built Exchange Hybrid environment to enable internal IT team to migrate on-premise Exchange environment to Microsoft 365 Exchange Online. Client is a national law firm, with over 350 employees. Client was able to migrate Exchange users in batches, while maintaining communications between on-premise and Exchange Online users. This project was a repeat of other successful Exchange migration projects. Some groups rely on third party tools to accomplish this type of migration, which drives up cost, we utilize the native tools from Microsoft to build the Hybrid environment.
SERVER CLOUD MIGRATION
Migrated server infrastructure from combination of physical on-premise servers, Hyper-V guest servers, and co-location servers in a datacenter to Amazon Web Services. Client is a Southern California home builder. We continue to complete cloud migrations. Our preferred cloud vendors are Microsoft Azure, and Amazon Web Services.
VOIP (telephone)
We have built on-premise telephone systems using Asterisk. We have also migrated clients to cloud based PBX systems. Clients include a non-profit, a commercial Real Estate company, a Residential Real Estate company, and others.
VDI (virtualized workstations)
Implemented Virtual Device Infrastructure using Amazon Workspaces. Client requires almost no-onsite maintenance as a result, increasing uptime. Client is a loan origination company with offices in Southern California and Arizona.
DISASTER RECOVERY
Created IT disaster recovery plan for on-premise server infrastructure, by replicating virtual machines to Microsoft Azure. Client is a Southern California Real Estate developer.
DATA CENTER RELOCATION
Migrated on-premise datacenter to co-location datacenter in Freemont, CA. Client is a software developer in Southern California.
INFRASTRUCTURE REFRESH
Refreshed onsite server infrastructure and network infrastructure. Client is a medical device design and manufacturing company, with offices in Southern California and Colorado.
